Brown Beans - 2lb

Brown beans are a type of common bean, or Phaseolus vulgaris, often available dried. They are  brown with a small white eye and are harvested from a bush. They are closely related to pinto beans, black beans, cranberry beans, and kidney beans.

Preparation and Usage

Brown Beans are dried beans and need to be cooked to make them tender enough to eat. Brown beans can be used as a condiment for other meals. It is also used for Akara/Kosee, Moi Moi or Rice and beans.
