Banku with Grilled Tilapia (In Person Delivery for NY,NJ,PA Only)

Banku and Grilled Tilapia is another Ghanaian favorite. The Ga tribe has their version with kenkey and grilled tilapia. It is served with spicy red pepper sauce and shito on the side. 

Warming Instructions

• With Microwave: Remove the bowl cover and place the grilled tilapia in a microwave safe dish or plate. Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds - 1 minute until it is hot (but not burning). Place the banku in a microwave safe bowl (still plastic wrapped) and heat for 2 minutes. 
• Remove banku, remove the plastic cover, place the banku in the soup bowl and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
