Accra Kenkey - 5.5lb

Accra Kenkey is a type of flour that's milled from dried whole corn kernels. It contains the hull, germ, and endosperm of the corn and is considered a whole grain flour.  Accra Kenkey is a common staple food made from white corn,  it is more common in parts of Africa. Corn flour doesn't taste very good raw, but cooking unlocks its earthy taste.
