Gourmet kebab spice is a condiment for meat, chicken and other meat products. It's a blend of spices that can be used before or after cooking any meat for an added savoury taste. The basic ingredients for the spices are chili powder, shrimp powder, cloves, seasoning cube, curry powder, dried rosemary, ginger powder and salt. It can be prepared at home or bought from the store.

3 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp shrimp powder
1 Tsp cloves
1 Tsp seasoning cube
1 Tsp curry powder
1 Tsp dried rosemary
1 Tsp ginger powder
Get a clean bowl and mix all the ingredients together to make a great kebab or what is known in Ghana as ‘Kyinkyinga’ powder or ‘Suya’ powder in Nigeria
Recipes, meals, and how this is usually eaten
Use this as a spice or BBQ rub on goat meat, beef, fish or even vegetables.
Make skewers, add the meat on the skewers.
Make a mix of 2 tablespoons of Hutwise Kebab Spice in a plate with Olive or vegetable oil.
Allow to marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Remove, grill on a grill or open flame for 20-30 minutes. Rotate and check for doneness every 5 minutes.
Remove and eat.
