Nestle Nido Milk Powder is a manufactured dairy product made by evaporating milk to dryness. One purpose of drying milk is to preserve it; milk powder has a far longer shelf life than liquid milk and does not need to be refrigerated. Preparation and use
Nido can be used the same way evaporated milk and regular milk are used. It can be used with meals like cereal, tea, coffee and porridge. Other things you can make with it are condensed milk, whipping cream, ice cream, Yogurt and whatever regular milk can do.

Nido as Regular Milk – just substitute 1/3 cup dry milk and 1 cup cold water. Best chilled
Nido can be used in pancake mixes as well as hot cocoa, instant oatmeal and pudding mixes
