Yam and Pepper


Habanero, onion, bell pepper, spices, olive oil, garlic, salt


How to Make it

  1. Blend habanero, onions, bell pepper, garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a cooking pan over medium heat.
  3. Add grated onions and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add blended vegetables, stirring occasionally for 3 - 5 minutes.
  5. Add spices and salt to taste.
  6. Simmer for 2 - 5 minutes.
  7. Cut yam into cubes, wash twice and boil with enough water. Add salt.
  8. When yam is soft, pour water and transfer to plate.
  9. Wash avocado and cut into small pieces.
  10. Open sardine and drain the oil.
  11. Serve yam with pepper, sardine, hutwise shito and avocado.
