Sardines are just one of those kitchen products that can be literally used for anything. One of the best snacks you can use sardines for definitely has to be a sandwich. It’s so quick and simple to make, yet so so delicious.

Ingredients

3 Eggs

10 bread slices

1 small chopped onion

Mayonnaise, if desired

1 chopped tomato

1 pinch pepper

1 bunch lettuce

1 small chopped onion

1 tspn mustard

Maggi cube
Directions
Wash your eggs and boil them them till it's hard. After peel off the shell and put eggs in a bowl.
You then add the sardines to the eggs in the bowl and mash them together.
After, you add the chopped tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and maggi cube to the mixture in the bowl and mix everything together.
Time to now focus on the bread. Spread mayonnaise over the top of one sliced bread and place the lettuce on it. Scoop the sardine mixture onto the lettuce on the bread and cover with another lettuce. Spread mayonnaise over another slice of bread and cover the sandwich with the mayonnaise part facing down. You repeat this step for the remaining bread slices.
Divide the sardine sandwich into 2 or 4 parts with a knife and serve.
Recipe Note
Serve warm alongside some cold juice and that will be the perfect snack.
