Spicy Fried Yam

Ingredients

 Yam
Spice(s)
Salt, vegetable oil


How to make it

  1. Peel yam and cut into cubes.
  2. Wash with clean water and transfer to a clean bowl.
  3. Coat the yam with turmeric or any spice of your choice.
  4. Add water and use a wooden spoon to stir.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add the and fry until golden brown.
  7. Remove and transfer to clean white towel to soak the oil.
  8. Serve with hot pepper sauce.
