We all grew up enjoying fried eggs and omelettes. However, there is always a need to switch things up. Don't worry, this isn't a major switch up because scrambled eggs are very similar to fried eggs. Learning how to make easy scrambled eggs can be fun! Spice up this easy egg favorite by adding pepper jack and salsa or lighten it up by substituting cooking spray and water for the butter and milk.

Ingredients

8 slices of Bread

6 eggs

1/4 cup of milk

2 teaspoons of butter

Salt and pepper
Directions
BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.
HEAT butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. POUR IN egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, GENTLY PULL the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
CONTINUE cooking – pulling, lifting and folding eggs – until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. REMOVE from heat.

SERVE immediately with some juice.
