How to Prepare Jollof Rice
Pour chicken into pan. Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, seasoning, salt and water and cook on fire for 10-15 minutes
When chicken is well cooked, fry in hot oil.
Blend pepper, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions into a smooth paste.
Pour oil into a pan on fire. Add chopped onions, tomato paste and stir till evenly mixed.Add blended vegetables and stir for 10 minutes
Add hutwise Mrs Ansah Seasoning and salt then stir.
Add washed rice to stew, stir and add water. The water should be slightly above the rice. Cook rice for about 20 minutes.
Stir rice after 20 minutes evenly. Allow rice to cook for a few minutes
Jollof rice is ready. Add chicken and enjoy.
Jollof rice can be prepared with goat meat. Enjoy jollof rice with a glass of juice.
