Now you start by warming things up a bit by heating the oil in a pan
Time to get chopping as you slice the onions into bits and add when the oil is hot.
Leave to fry on medium heat for five minutes or until the onion is tender.
Blend the tomatoes, add the chilli powder and add to the tender chopped onion to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Stir regularly and add salt to taste.
Remove from heat to serve.
Recipe Note
You can add some processed meat like sardines, tuna or corned beef and enjoy with your rice, yam or plantain.
