Ingredients
- 4 cups of gari
- Pestle
- Hot water
Directions
- Start with the simplest step and that is boiling water. After it boils, pour into a bowl.
- Gently sprinkle the gari into the boiled water until it thickens. You can add more gari if it is too soft or add more water if it is very hard.
- Once it thickens, flex your muscles and stir the mixture with your pestle until the gari smoothens out.
- After the gari is smooth, you are close to the finish line. Now all you have to do is mould it in small portions for serving.
Recipe Note
Eba is best served with either okro, ọgbọnọ or egusi soup.
